Simon Hadland

Simon founded Hadlands in 1994. A seasoned estate agent, Simon has spent his entire career in property. Born in Amersham and raised in the local area, Simon is proud of his business and its reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism ensuring this is followed through by all of his team. Simon will often come along to property valuations as his experience of sales and lettings in an area knows so well is often so helpful.

Alison Dollan

Alison Dollan MARLA Branch Manager

Alison has worked in Estate Agency since 2001. Alison is ARLA level 3 qualified in lettings and with many years of experience she is happy to assist landlords or tenants with any questions they may have. Keith Ells

Keith joined Hadlands in 2020 and has a wealth knowledge regarding the property market. Having previously worked within the Corporate Relocation market he has seen every aspect of the lettings market, so is perfectly placed to help and advise you on finding your new Home. Keith also completes the referencing when an offer has been accepted.

Charlene Molesley

Charlene MolesleyAccounts Manager

Charlene has worked in accounts for over 15 years. Charlene's day to day job is to pay landlords and contractors ensuring everyone is paid in a timely manner. She is also our credit controller and chases any tenants who are behind on their rent keeping landlords updated and chases unpaid invoices where necessary.

Jo Burgess

Jo BurgessSales and Lettings Admin

Jo joined Hadlands in October 2022, she helps with the progress of the sales properties from start to finish. She has previous experience of working in administration and also helps the lettings team. Jo lives locally which gives her the knowledge she needs to help clients on the hunt for their new home. After work Jo likes to spend her free time running and walking her dog Frank.

Melissa has experience in all departments and covers when people are on holiday, this means you will always be able to discuss your issues with someone without delay who is fully experienced.
