Simon Hadland

Simon HadlandDirector & Valuer

Simon founded Hadlands in 1994. A seasoned estate agent, Simon has spent his entire career in property. Born in Amersham and raised in the local area, Simon is proud of his business and its reputation for honesty, integrity and professionalism ensuring this is followed through by all of his team. Simon will often come along to property valuations as his experience of sales and lettings in an area knows so well is often so helpful.

Charlotte Stead Sales And Rentals Manager

Charlotte has built a distinguished career in the estate agency industry since 2009, developing extensive expertise across all aspects of residential property. Over the years, she has successfully progressed through a variety of roles, beginning in Property Management before advancing to Lettings Manager. Her hands-on experience and deep understanding of both lettings and sales have equipped her with a comprehensive perspective on the property market.

In September 2025, Charlotte joined Hadlands as our Sales and Lettings Manager. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of both departments, driving performance, and ensuring that clients receive the highest standards of service. Charlotte’s professionalism, industry insight, and commitment to excellence make her a valued leader within the Hadlands team.

Mandy Taylor

Mandy TaylorRentals Negotiator

Mandy has been working as a Lettings Negotiator since 2021 and joined our team in August. She has quickly become a valued member of the company, bringing enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping clients find their perfect homes.

With several years of experience in the property industry, Mandy prides herself on providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. Her friendly approach and attention to detail ensure that every client enjoys a smooth and positive letting experience from start to finish.

Outside of work, Mandy enjoys spending time with her children and dog, as well as travelling and exploring new places.

Innes McAllister

Innes McAllister Sales And Lettings Administrator

“Raised in Amersham, Innes joined the Hadlands team in August 2025 straight after graduating from university. As a Lettings and Sales Administrator, she provides essential support to both departments, ensuring everything runs smoothly from initial enquiry, to legal compliance and document drafting, through to completion. Innes is enthusiastic to deepen her knowledge of all aspects of the property industry and is quickly building a strong foundation in estate agency work. Outside of the office, she enjoys travelling and spending time with friends. “

Charlene Molesley

Charlene MolesleyAccounts Manager

Charlene has worked in accounts for over 15 years. Charlene"s day to day job is to pay landlords and contractors ensuring everyone is paid in a timely manner. She is also our credit controller and chases any tenants who are behind on their rent keeping landlords updated and chases unpaid invoices where necessary.

Charlene enjoys spending time with her family and her two dogs and socialising with friends.

Jo Burgess

Jo BurgessSales Progressor

Jo joined Hadlands in October 2022, she helps with the progress of the sales properties from start to finish. She has previous experience of working in administration and also helps the lettings team. Jo lives locally which gives her the knowledge she needs to help clients on the hunt for their new home.

After work Jo likes to spend her free time running and with her family.

Annette Baldwin

Annette BaldwinProperty Manager

Annette joined Hadlands in 2023 but has worked in property management for 25 years. Experienced in all aspects of maintenance issues and property inspections if your property is fully managed Annette will be round to see you. Annette is also a dog lover and enjoys spending her time on walks with her family.

Melissa BoltonBusiness Support Manager

Melissa has experience in all departments and covers when people are on holiday, this means you will always be able to discuss your issues with someone without delay who is fully experienced.

Melissa enjoys running with her dog and any outdoor sport including riding her motorbike at the weekend.
